Privacy Policy

TekSync analyzes the customer feedback you import (e.g. reviews, survey responses, support messages). We ask you not to upload unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Account data we hold includes your email and profile details.

Imported feedback is normalized and analyzed with AI (Anthropic for analysis; an embeddings provider for search) to produce sentiment, themes, insights and reports for your workspace. Your feedback is used only to provide the service to your workspace and is not used to train third-party foundation models.

Data belongs to a workspace and is isolated from other workspaces at the database and application layers. Only members of a workspace can access its data, according to their role.

You can delete a workspace or your account. Workspace deletion soft- deletes first with a recovery grace period, then permanently purges all workspace-owned data (feedback, analysis, reports, uploaded files). Account deletion removes your memberships; workspaces you solely own must be transferred or deleted first.

We never store card numbers. Payments, if enabled, are processed by Stripe.
