Terms of Service

TekSync provides AI-powered customer-feedback analysis. You are responsible for the data you upload and for having the right to process it. Do not upload data you are not permitted to analyze.

You must provide accurate account information. Workspace owners control membership and billing for their workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces' data, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI analysis is probabilistic and provided for decision support. It may be incomplete or wrong; verify important conclusions against the underlying feedback, which we link as evidence.

Paid plans, if enabled, are billed through Stripe per the plan you select. Plan limits are enforced from your workspace's subscription state.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
